Puducherry June 27, 2019: The online submission of applications for allied services on vehicles through Vahan 4.0 was launched on June 27, 2019 at Puducherry by Shri MOHF Shajahan, Hon’ble Transport Minsiter, Government of Puducherry in the presence of the Secretary, Transport and the Transport Commissioner. With this, Puducherry UT has now been fully enabled with the value-added services of Vahan 4.0 at all the RTOs with the facility to provide the following vehicle services online, with e-payment:

⦿ Transfer of ownership
⦿ Alteration of vehicles
⦿ Renewal of RC for Non-Transport vehicles
⦿ Hypothecation addition/termination
⦿ Duplicate RC
⦿ Change of address
⦿ RC Particulars

In addition to this, the Screen Test Aided Learner Licence (STALL) of Sarathi 4.0 for conducting Learner Licence Test through computer systems was also inaugurated at the Puducherry main RTO (PY01).
 

• Candidate can book the slot for taking the Learner License LLR test in advance
• Candidates can take the LLR test in the language of their choice
• The test result is automatically passed on to the Sarathi 4.0 workflow
• Fully configurable as per the local requirements.
